摘要
由于抗生素不合理使用,抗生素相关性肠炎的发病日益增多,对症支持治疗、调整抗生素是治疗的一般方法,但易出现复发。目前对抗生素相关性肠炎的治疗,应将抗菌治疗与维持肠道正常菌群有机结合,维生素、微生态制剂在其治疗上有着广阔的应用前景。
Because of un-ratianal use of antibiotics, the antibiotic-associated colitis has greatly increased day by day. Symptomatic therapy, adjustment of antibiotics is the normal treatment of antibiotic-associated colitis, hut it is easy to recur. The effective treatment of antibiotic-associated colitis, should put emphasis on maintaining normal intestinal flora based on antibiotic therapy, in which vitamins and micro-ecologic products have great application future in its therapy.
