摘要
利用电磁振荡回路中电感线圈对铁磁性物质的高灵敏作为传感器的原理,对传感器的性能特点及液压传动油中铁磁性颗粒的收集规律进行了深入系统的研究和试验,研制出油中铁磁性颗粒检测器,能够准确定量测出液压油中铁磁性颗粒的含量,以此进行设备的故障诊断.与其它类型检测设备相比,具有灵敏、准确、线性度好,操作方便。
A systematic study is made of the performance of a transducer,an inductive coil in the electrooscillation circuit,which is highly sensitive to ferro magnetic materials,and of rules of collection of ferro magnetic particles in the oil of hydraulic transmission.A debris tester is developed which can measure quantitatively the content of ferro magnetic debris in the hydraulic oil for diagnosis of failure.As compared with other type of tester it has the merits of high sensitivity,accuracy,linearity,ease of operation and on line measurement.
