摘要
十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对扑尔敏具有荧光增强作用,增强幅度与介质的pH值和SDS浓度有关。在酸性条件下(pH=1.0)可使扑尔敏的荧光强度达最大。另外,β-环糊精(β-CD)对非洛地平和盐酸普鲁卡因均具有一定的荧光增强作用。本文对这种荧光增强作用进行了初步探讨。
Chlorpheniramine fluorescence enhancement by SDS and both felodipine and procaine hydrochloride fluorescence enhancement by β cyclodextrin were investigated.It is found that fluorescence enhancement depended on the concentration of enhancer used.Fluorescence enhancement of chlorpheniramine was related to pH of media.In acidic condition(pH= 1.0 ),chlorpheniramine showed the strongest fluorescence.
