摘要
采用放射免疫分析法对４头１／２野血牦牛及２头家牦牛发情周期外周血中Ｐ４，１７β－Ｅ２，ＬＨ，Ｔ含量的变化进行研究。结果表明：１／２野血牦牛和家牦牛发情周期中除Ｔ的变化趋势不明显外，其余３种激素与奶牛。
Periphreal blood Progesterone,Oestradiol 17β,Luteining Hormone and Testosterone in the semiwild and domestic yak during the oestrous cycle was in vestigated using RIA method.The results indicated that the changing tendency of the three hormone is similar to that in dairy cows and water buffalo except the Testosterone hormone. \ \
