摘要
近年来在大国对印关系中,日印关系的变化是非常值得关注的。日印两国从冷战时期的平淡关系迅速发展为全球性伙伴关系。2006年,日印两国更是掀起了近年来高层往来的小高潮。日印两国关系迅速升温的背后,表面上看与“中国因素”直接相关,实质上“美国因素”对此的影响和作用是至关重要的,并直接决定着日印关系的特征和发展趋势。
Of late,with regard to the change of big powers' relations towards India,the change of Japan-India relation stands out conspicuously and calls for our close attention,japan-India relation has promptly changed from a watery one in the Cold War into one of global partnership.The year 2006 saw a surge of high level visits between the two countries,which was rarely seen in the past.On the surface,the quick warming up of relations between Japan and India owes itself to the“China Factor”,but in reality the“U.S.Factor”plays behind the scene a significant role in bringing about it, thus determining its characteristics as well as its development trend.
