印度“东向”政策再认识——关于印度“东向”问题的几点商榷意见 被引量：7

摘要 《现代国际关系》2004年第9期《印度“东向”的地缘、历史及认知变化分析》一文认为印度“东向”战略有着地缘、历史及认知变化的深刻内涵,笔者提出的商榷意见有:地缘似乎并不仅仅是“东向”政策的内涵,就“东向”政策而言,不结盟运动要比地缘的内涵深刻而全面得多;历史似乎也构不成“东向”政策的深刻内涵,冷战时期双方关系的冷淡似乎并非“例外”;在认知变化中,“国际战略、地缘、安全和经济等方面”在“东向”政策的两个阶段中所起的作用似乎不是等同的。
