摘要
简述了砌体房屋外墙墙体渗漏的危害,对饰面砖外墙出现渗漏现象的机理和原因进行了分析,从采用防水胶结粉材料、采用乳胶粉的柔性瓷砖粘结剂、瓷砖间隔缝的处理等方面探讨了瓷砖外墙渗漏的预防,并提出了瓷砖外墙渗漏的治理措施。
The hazards of the leakage of external wall of masonry building are briefly introduced. According to ceramic tile wall reasons caused the leakage are analyzed; at the same time corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed from waterproof cementing powder, polymer powder and other aspects.
