摘要
根据不同材质的墙体重点分析了砖墙和混凝土墙发生渗漏的原因,并针对性地提出了预防及处理措施,提出只有从设计到施工各个阶段均提高对墙体渗漏的重视,严格控制施工过程,采取有效的监控及处理办法,才能杜绝渗漏现象的发生。
In view of various walls, the reasons caused the leakage in brick wall and concrete wall are mainly analyzed; at the same time corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed. Author points out that from design to construction the leakage questions always should be considered. In order to eliminate this kind of defect strict construction and effective supervision should be conducted.
