原发性肝癌患者红细胞LPO含量及GSH-Px活性的临床研究

摘要 选择原发性肝癌患者30例,并以健康成人30例为对照组,对红细胞内脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量及谷胱甘肽过氧化酶(GSH-Px)活性进行测定。结果显示,原发性肝癌患者红细胞LPO含量明显高于正常对照组,P<0.001;红细胞GSH-Px活性明显低于正常对照组,P<0.001。提示原发性肝癌患者体内脂质过氧化作用增强,抗氧化能力低下,自由基、LPO参与了原发性肝癌的发生及扩散。 In 30 patients with primary hepatocarcinoma (PHC) and 30 normal subjects, lipid peroxide (LPO) content and glutathione peroxidase (GSH Px) activity in erythrocytes were measured. The results showed that in patients with PHC, the level of LPO in erythrocytes was significatly higher than that in normal subjects (P<0 001) and GSH Px activity in erythrocytes was significantly lower than that in normal subjects (P<0 001)。It suggested that lipid peroxidation was enhanced and the antioxidation was severely impaired in patients with PHC, that oxygen free radical and LPO were concerned with formation and diffusion of PHC.
