摘要 本文测定了24例原发性肺癌患者血浆 LPO 含量,血浆和红细胞 SeGSHPx 活性,以及自发性和诱导致红细胞溶血程度。结果表明肺癌患者血浆 LPO 含量较正常人明显增加(P<0.01),而患者红细胞自发性和LOOH 诱导所致溶血百分数也较正常组明显增高(P<0.01),说明患者的脂质过氧化速率增强。肺癌患者的血浆SeGSHPx 活性较正常人明显下降,这是血浆 LPO 含量增加的重要原因之一。文中还讨论了脂质过氧化和原发性肺癌之间的关系。 In this paper,the level of lipoperoxides(LPO)in plasma,selenium-dependent glutathione peroxidase(SeGSHPx)activity in plasma and RBC and degrees of RBC hemolysis in 24 patients with primary lung cancer were detected.The results showed that the contents of LPO in plasma in the patients were higher than those in the healthy(P<0.01)and the degrees of spontaneous and induced RBC hemolysis in the patients were also higher than those in the healthy(P<0.01), indicating that lipid peroxidation rate in the patients was increased.The lower SeGSHPx activity in plasma of the patients is one of the major,causes of increased contents of LPO.The relation- ship between the development of primary lung cancer and lipid peroxidation was also discussed in the paper.
