糖尿病自我管理方法不同教育模式在城乡社区应用的效果分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的对糖尿病自我管理方法不同教育方式在城乡社区应用的效果进行比较。方法采用小组集中授课(分为专业人员授课组、非专业人员授课组、社区教育组三种模式)和专业人员随访相结合对教育对象进行2型糖尿病防治知识教育,帮助其掌握自我管理的技能,提高自我管理能力。通过统计学分析,比较专业授课组、非专业授课组、社区教育组这三种模式开展糖尿病自我管理教育的效果。结果(1)在城市社区不同的教育方式之间差异有统计学意义。专业人员授课组和非专人员授课组的教育效果好于社区宣传组,专业人员授课组与非专业人员授课组之间效果比较差异无统计学意义。(2)在农村社区不同的教育模式之间差异有统计学意义。专业人员授课组与非专业人员授课组之间差异无统计学意义,专业人员授课组与社区宣传组之间差异无统计学意义。非专业人员授课组与社区宣传组之间差异有统计学意义。结论在城市社区以小组授课(专业、非专业人员授课)的模式进行糖尿病自我管理教育效果较好,即专业人员集中授课、疾病管理技能训练、病友相互交流防病经验、相互教育、专业人员随访相结合开展糖尿病自我管理教育。在社区运用时要推广该种模式。糖尿病自我管理的三种教育模式在农村应用的效果要控制好影响因素后进一步研究。 Objective To compare the effect of different education models of self-management training on diabetes between the community of city and country. Methods Through the method of study group (taught by professional staff, taught by nonprofessional staff and community education) and follow- up visit by dontor, knowledge of type2 diabetes were taught to the patients, to help the patients master and improve the skills of self- management. By statistics analysis, the effects of self- management training on diabetes among the group taught by professional staff, the group taught by nonprofessional staff and the group of community education. Results (1) There were differences among effects of different education models in the community of city. The education effects of the group taught by professional staff and group taught by nonprofessional staff were better than that of community education.The effect of group taught by professional staff doesn' t differ much from that of group taught by nonprofessional staff. (2) There existed difference between different education models in the community of country too. There wasn' t any differences between the group taught by professional staff and group taught by nonprofessional staff, the group taught by professional staff and community education, but there existed difference between the group taught by nonprofessional staff and group of community education. Conclusion In the community of city carrying out self- management education in diabetes with the model of study group (taught by professional staff and taught by nonprofessional staff) has good effect, that is to carry out self- management education by the combination of centralized lecturing by professional staff, skill training of disease management, experience exchanging and learning from each other between patients, visiting anytime by doctor. We should extend the pattern in the community of city. "l"ne effect of 3 models of self- management education on diabetes in the community of country needs a further research after the control of affecting factors.
