摘要
目的观察参麦注射液结合西药治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者60例,随机分为2组,参麦注射液治疗组和西药对照组各30例,两组均给予一致的心衰标准治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用参麦注射液,疗程均为14d。结果治疗组及对照组临床疗效总有效率分别为93.3%和73.3%(P<0.05);每搏输出量、每分排血量、心脏指数、左室射血分数,治疗组治疗后较治疗前均有明显改善(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加用参麦注射液可明显提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of ＂Shenmai injection＂ on congestive heart failure（CHF）. Methods Sixty cases of CHF were divided randomly into two groups： 30 cases（control group） treated with conventional treatment（digitalis＋diuretics＋ACEI et al）and 30 cases（treatment group） treated with ＂Shenmai injection＂ besides conventional treatment. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.3% and was 73.3% in control group, P〈 0.05. The stroke volume （SV）, cardiac output （CO）, cardiac index （CI） and ejection fraction of left ventricle （LVEF） were determined by colour Doppler ultrasonic cardiaography. The treatment group was markedly improved after treatment. Compared with the control group, there were significant differences（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion ＂Shenmai Injection＂ is effective for CHF.
