摘要
缺陷在构件内部所处的位置是产品质量评估的一个重要依据。在基于双目视差法进行缺陷深度定位的技术中,匹配对应点的选取非常关键。一般采用缺陷边缘或缺陷形状中心作为匹配点进行视差计算,实验表明此类方法具有很大误差。因此,文中提出一种基于能量中心匹配的缺陷深度定位技术,并通过设置人工缺陷进行精度分析,结果表明该算法能达到很高的定位精度。
The position of the internal defect is an important basis of quality evaluation for products. The selection of matching points for defects in stereo images is a key technique in disparity locating. The edge or shape center of the defect is often adopted as matching points. But experimental results show that the methods can bring great errors. So a kind of depth location technique based on energy center matching is proposed and precision analysis is carried out to verify that the algorithm provided in the paper can improve locating precision greatly.
