摘要
在借鉴国内外对核心竞争力概念、评价方法等研究的基础上，结合我国中小型房地产企业核心竞争力特征，确定了中小型房地产企业核心竞争力评价框架，并对中小型房地产企业构建核心竞争力的培育途径进行了研究。
Based on the basis of the study on the core competition concept and the appraise method around the world, combined with the core competition characteristic of the meso-small sized real estate enterprises in our country, the appraisement frame of the meso-small sized real estate enterprises kernel competition was ascertained, the paper also carried on the study of the incubation approaches of the kernel competition composing about the meso-small sized real estate enterprises.
