摘要
近年来,我国水电施工中使用的缆索起重机越来越多,缆索起重机制动系统应用盘式制动器也比较常见,一般情况下,盘式制动器发生“抱死”或“溜钩”现象,多是在制动器的衬垫与制动盘间隙及制动器制动力矩上找问题,经过间隙调整,力矩值调整就能解决问题;但一味地墨守这种观点,不分析因果和过程,问题或事故就容易出现,水电站使用的20T平移式缆索起重机先发生每间隔2S的“抱死”现象,经过调整力矩大小继而发生的溜钩现象,就是这种问题的展现。
The translation cable car was used more and more widely in hydropower engineering construction recently. The slip accidents usually emerge in the control system of cable car, with the fail- ure of lock or slip in common. The causes of accidents always rest with clearance between gasket and controller or moment of controller. After adjusting clearance, the moment was well-balanced. If routinism and do not analysis the causation, accidents would be happen. The lock accident occurred in hy- dropower station every 20s after adjusting the moment was the typical problem.
