摘要
金沙江向家坝水电站大坝规模巨大,施工工期长,其合理的施工方案是大坝快速施工的关键,直接关系到工程的工期和投资。根据工程地质地形条件和枢纽结构布置,拟定了多种大坝混凝土施工方案,对不同的方案进行比较,提出采用3台30 t平移式缆机+3台塔带机配适量门塔机的施工方案。通过按不同的大坝分缝方案和浇筑层厚对推荐方案进行计算机仿真,仿真计算结果表明所选施工方案是可行的、合理的,对其他类似工程也有借鉴意义。
Xiangjiaba Hydropower Station is characterized as large scale,long construction period,so the reasonable construction scheme is the key to the quick construction of the dam,which directly related to the construction period and investment.According to the engineering geology and terrain condition and layout and structure of the complex,several construction schemes of concrete dam were studied out and compared.The scheme of adopting 3 translation cable cranes(30 t) and 3 tower belt cranes with proper portal cranes was put forward.The recommended scheme was simulated in the cases of different joint layouts and concrete lift thickness by computers.The results showed that the recommended scheme was reasonable and feasible and can be referred by other similar projects.
