摘要
目的探讨非穿透小梁手术治疗原发性开角型青光眼的效果。方法对31例36眼原发性开角型青光眼患者施行非穿透小梁手术,术后随访患者6个月,记录眼压、视力、视野和并发症。结果术眼术前平均眼压29.2±8.0mmHg,术后6个月平均眼压15.1±mmHg,术前术后眼压差异有显著意义(P<0.01),视力、视野未见明显改变,未见严重并发症。结论非穿透小梁手术是一种安全有效治疗原发性开角型青光眼的手术方法。
Objective To evaluate the results of non - penetrating trabecular surger （NPTS） in primary open angle glaucoma. Methods The 36 eyes of 31 primary open-angle glaucoma Patients who had undergone NPTS. Intraocular pressur（IOP）, visual acuity, visual fields and complications were recorded on the postoperative first 6 months. Results Mean preoperative IOP levels were 29.2 （ ＋/-8.0）mmHg in the operated eyes and 15.1（ ＋/- 5.1 ） mmHg in the postoperative eyes on the postoperative first 3 months. Mean IOP on the postoperative 6 month visits were significant difference compared with the preoperative levels（ P〈 0.01 ）. There were not obvious difference in the visual acuity and visual fields. There were not severe complication. Conclusion NPTS is a safe and effective operation in primary open-angle glaucoma.
