非穿透性小梁切除术治疗外伤性房角后退型青光眼临床观察 被引量：8

摘要 目的观察非穿透性小梁切除术治疗外伤性房角后退型青光眼的临床疗效。方法 12例外伤性房角后退型青光眼均采用非穿透性小梁切除术,术中联合应用丝裂霉素,观察疗效。术后1、2、8、15天,1、2、3月,以后每3月进行视力、眼压、裂隙灯显微镜、检眼镜检查。结果术后平均眼压(31．68±12．96)mmHg,术后第1天平均眼压(6．26±2．72)mmHg,经3-26个月随访,眼压13．304．56mmHg,均没有出现术中术后浅前房、炎症、前房积血等并发症。结论非穿透性小梁切除术治疗外伤性房角后退型青光眼安全、有效。
