摘要
通过对737名中小学教师在职攻读教育硕士专业学位的职业承诺、组织承诺和离职倾向的问卷调查,结果发现:(1)教育硕士具有较高的职业承诺和组织承诺。(2)教育硕士的离单位倾向处于一般水平,离职倾向较低。(3)教育硕士的职业承诺、组织承诺与离职倾向存在显著的负相关。
Questionnaires about ME' occupational commitment, organizational commltment,and turnover intention were made among 737 masters of education. The results were as follows:(1)The level of ME' occupational commitment and organizational commitment were high. (2)The level of ME'turnover intention was low. (3) Significantly negative correlations were discovered between ME' turnover intention and their occupational commitment, organizational commitment.
