摘要
目的:揭示非手术住院患者出院带药状况及其影响因素,为药品费用的环节控制提供依据。方法:采用Visual Fox-Pro6.0对数据库进行整理,SPSS11.0统计软件对观察对象的出院带药状况及影响因素进行统计分析。结果:非手术住院患者出院带药发生率为50.4%,其日均药费及例均药费(P<0.01)均高于无出院带药的患者;治愈者与好转者出院带药率无显著性差异(P>0.05);Logistic回归分析结果显示,出院带药的影响因素为患者的年龄和费别,而非疾病有关因素。结论:非手术住院患者出院带药的发生率较高,是导致药费增高的因素之一,应作为合理用药和药费控制的重要环节点。
Objective： To explore the status of taking medicine at discharge in non - operation inpatients and influential factors, and find the key points of controlling medicine cost. Methods： Database was sorted out with visual FoxPro6.0. SPSS system software was used to analyze the status of taking medicine at discharge and influential factors. Results ： The incidence of taking medicine at discharge was 54%. The daily cost of medicine （P 〈 0.01 ） and medicine cost of inpatients （P 〈 0.01 ） was significance between taking and no taking medicine group. The incidence of taking medicine at discharge was no significance between being cured and being better than treatment before. By Logistic regression analysis, we found the influential factors of taking medicine at discharge were age and payment type, but not factors related to their diseases. Conclusion： The incidence of taking medicine at discharge was higher in non -operation inpatients. Taking medicine at discharge was one of factors which led cost medicine increasing and should be looked as the key points to control medicine cost and realize reasonable using medicine.
