摘要
总结医疗纠纷协商解决的利弊。本文认为协商解决医疗纠纷时,医患双方应致力于以遵循医患和谐为宗旨,坚持实事求是为原则,掌握争辩适度为策略,控制事态发展为前提,落实按章办事为程序,把握赔偿适度为尺度,妥善处理好医疗纠纷。
The paper was to explore and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of consultative solution to medical disputes. In the course of consultative solution to medical conflicts, both hospital and patients should follow the principle of harmoniousness and being practical and realistic, adopt moderate strategy, take controlling conjuncture development as premise, hold moderate compensation and deal with the dispute properly.
