摘要
新的医疗事故处理条例颁发以后,患者的法律意识明显增强,导致医患之间的争议呈现上升的趋势。笔者通过对近3年处置的医疗纠纷进行分析,认为导致医疗纠纷增多的原因主要有4个方面:一是有些医院抓医疗质量措施不够到位;二是有些医务人员服务态度不够端正;三是个别单位医疗秩序不够规范;四是对患者过高要求处置不恰当。针对上述4个方面原因,提出了4个预防措施,以及发生医疗纠纷后妥善处理的5个对策。
After the new disposal bylaw of medical accident was issued, the law conscious of patients were strengthened obviously, which would cause the increasing of disputes. With practice the author analyzed the causes of medical disputes from four aspects : inadequate medical quality control, bad service attitude, un - criterion medical order and wrong disposal of patient' s unreasonable requirements. At last, the countermeasures were proposed.
