摘要
医疗纠纷不断增多虽然与诸多社会因素有关,医院内部因素也不容忽视。医院经营理念的偏差、管理体制的疏漏和医务人员业务素质的不足、才人文思想的欠缺等因素、致使医院的服务不能满足广大患者的需求是医疗纠纷不断增多的主要医方因素。为了减少和化解医疗纠纷,院方工作人员迫切需要提高自身素质,用医疗技术和服务质量赢得患者和社会的认可;同时掌握医疗纠纷的发展规律,提高解决纠纷的能力。
Although the increasing medical disputes are relevant with many social factors, hospital factor should not be neglected. The deviation of management belief, the flaw of management system, the inadequacy of professional abilities and the deficiency of human spirits are important reasons for the increasing medical disputes which make the service of hospital not to satisfy the requirement of sick persons. In order to decrease and solve medical dis- putes, it is urgent for hospitals to solve questions of themselves, to obtain the approbation of patients and society with good medical skill and service quality. At the same time, it is important to graph the law of the development of medical disputes and improve the ability of resolving medical disputes.
