摘要
我国高等职业教育正处在大发展时期,高职院校担负着培养高技能人才的重任。当前我国与发达国家高职教育相比,仍然存在着明显的差距。在与新加坡高职教育的比较中可以看出,我国政府对高职教育的统筹和改革依然还不完善,学校的教育教学和专业课程设置还未达到知识创新的要求,在许多方面没能达到培养目标的要求,这需要引起我们的高度重视。在借鉴和学习发达国家成功的办学模式中,探索出更加符合我国国情的高职教育办学之路,缩小与发达国家人才培养的差距,为我国培养更多且与国际接轨的高技能人才,为社会经济建设发展服务。
During rapid development period of China＇s higher vocational education, technical colleges play a significant role in training high - skilled talents. Compared with that of developed countries, there are still visible differences. After compared with Singapore, China＇ s government is lack of an overall plan and a perfect reform in higher vocational education. Besides, schooling and teaching requirements and specialty- oriented courses setup are beyond requirements of knowledge innovation and training goal, which needs our high attention. Drawing lessons and learning from successful school- running modes of developed countries will help search out Chinese modes in running vocational education, shorten the gap and cultivate more high - skilled talents in line with international standards, who will serve China＇ s social economic building.
