摘要
教师职业倦怠不仅影响着教师的身心健康,也影响着学生的健康成长。特殊教育教师因其所教学生的特殊性,比普通教师更易产生职业倦怠感。本文在系统分析特殊教育教师职业倦怠原因的基础上,结合我国特殊教育现状及师资实际,提出缓解与预防特殊教育教师职业倦怠的应对策略。
Teachers' job burnout influences not only their own physical and mental health, but also students' growth. Teachers in special education are easier to feel burnt out than those in common education because of the students' special conditions. After analyzing the causes of teachers' job burnout in special education, this article puts forward some countermeasures to alleviate or prevent teachers' job burnout based on the status quo of special education.
