摘要
利用MoS_2超细粉+石墨制作的粘结涂层,涂层耐一定高温,减摩效果好。用聚四氟乙烯作底漆,涂层与基体的结合强度提高。MoS_2、石墨、聚四氟乙烯的协同作用使涂层具有较好的减摩作用。采用超细粉也是涂层摩擦系数很小的一个原因。
Bonded coatings are made by super fine powder MoS2 and graphite that can resist high temperature and reduce friction. When PTFE is used as primer, the cohesion strength is increased. The cooperation of MoS2, graphite and PTFE contributes to friction reduction of the coating. The use of super fine powder is also a reason that the coating has a low friction coefficient.
