摘要
用四园衍射仪测定了二烷基二硫代磷酸镍的五种氮碱加合物。结果表明,加合物的形成改变了原来添加剂的结构。在空间上有利于胺与摩擦副的表面吸附,导致了极压抗磨性能的降低。磨斑区域光电子能谱、俄歇能谱以及徽区—X射线分析指出,表面可能存在金属氮化物。而这一较硬材料,在点接触情况下,未生成致密的保护膜,致使加合物在四球机抗磨实验中显示出大的磨斑直径。
The crystal structure of the five adduct of dialkyldithiophosphate nickel (Ⅱ) [NiDTP] with pyridine derivatives were measured by CAD-4 diffractometer, indicating that the formation of the adduct makes the structure of NiDTP to change and the amine spatially preferentially absorbs on the friction pairs leading to decreasing the ability of EP and wear reduction. The metal nitride detected by means of XPS, AES and Micro-XRD, play an important role in decreasing the wear reduction capability in four ball machine test, probably due to' abrassive material wear' taking place at point-contact condition.
