摘要
本文从膜片弹簧受力变形后内部应力分布着手,分析了膜片弹簧早期弹力衰减的原因。根据膜片弹簧工作过程中应力分布及变化规律,得到了强压时膜片弹簧变形量数值和强压所需次数。试验结果证实了结论的正确性。
The causes for the elastic force attenuation of diaphragm spring are analyzed based on the stress distribution of loaded diaphragm spring. According to the rules of the stress distribution, the maximum deformation of diaphragm spring and the minimum number of forced compression needed are proposed. Test result have verified the conclusion.
