摘要
本文作者从膜片弹簧受力变形后内部应力分布着手,分析了膜片弹簧早期弹力衰减的原因。根据膜片弹簧工作过程中应力分布及变化规律,得到了强压时膜片弹簧变形量数值和强压所需次数,试验结果证实了结论的正确性。
The author starts from the internal stress distribution of the diaphram spring after loading, analyses causses of early declination of reselience of diaphram spring.According to application distribution and variation rules during working processes of the diaphram spring,magnitude of deformation and number of times required for forced pressing are obtained.Results of test prooves the couclusion is correct.
