摘要
目的建立测定益母丸含量的方法。方法以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为320nm,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定含量。结果阿魏酸进样量在47.3~378.4μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程Y=3.69903X-1.42177,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为97.72%,RSD为0.72%。结论HPLC法可用于益母丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in Yimuwan capsules, Methods The C18(Kromasil ODS 250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was selected, the mobile phase was composed of methanol-0. 1% phosphoric acid (30:70), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 320 nm, the injection volume was 10 μL. Results The linear ranges of ferulic acid was 47. 3 - 378, 4μg/mL. The recovery rate was 97. 72%. RSD was 0. 72% ( n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, It is suitable to be used in the detection of ferulic acid in Yimuwan capsules.
