摘要
目的调查甘肃省乡镇卫生院放射诊疗状况,为加强乡镇卫生院建设提供参考依据。方法现场调查29个乡镇卫生院,从卫生局间接调查5个乡镇卫生院,4个乡镇卫生院的调查结果通过电话联系。结果38个乡镇卫生院共有22台X线机,所有X线机都超过了报废期,安全隐患突出;有23名专业或兼职放射人员,18个乡镇卫生院能开展简单的工作(占44.74%)。结论乡镇卫生院放射诊疗工作整体比较薄弱,应进一步改进和完善。
OBJECTIVE In order to investigation radioactive diagnosis and treatment the condition of villages and towns public health centers in Gansu Province. It provides the reference to strengthen the villages and towns public health centers. METHODS 29 villages and towns public health centers were investigated on the spot, 5 villages and towns public health centers were investigated indirect from the sanitation bureau, and 4 by telephone interviews. RESULTS There were 22 X- ray machines in 38 villages and towns public health centers. All X-ray machines surpassed the time; the security hidden danger is prominent. There were 23 specialties or the concurrent job persons; 18 villages and towns public health centers can be able to do the simple work （44.74%）. CONCLUSION Diagnosis and treatment are weak in the villages and towns public health centers. They should be further improved and consummated.
