摘要
目的:建立测定青翘挥发油中β-蒎烯含量的方法,并测定其含量。方法:采用无水乙醇纯化粗提取青翘挥发油;采用气相色谱法测定β-蒎烯含量。结果:用环己酮作为内标物;β-蒎烯对照品在0.3~4.4mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999);对照品和样品精密度的RSD分别为0.95%,0.99%(n=5);测得平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD为1.2%(n=5);青翘挥发油中β-蒎烯含量为10.2%~10.2%,平均含量为10.2%,RSD为1.0%。结论:本方法快速准确可靠,简便易行,可用于青翘挥发油的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a gas chromatography ( GC )method for the determination of the content of β- pinene in the unripe forsythiae oil. Methods:The extracted crude essential oil was purified by dehydrated alcohol; Gas chromatography was adopted. Results: Cyclohexanone was used as the internal standard; β-pinene has good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0. 3 - 4. 4 mg· mL^- 1 (r = 0. 9999) ; the BSD of precision of control article and samples were 0. 95% ,0. 99% (n =5) ,respectively;the average rate of recovery was 98. 5% ,and BSD was 1.2% (n = 5 ) ;the content of β-pinene was 10. 2% - 10. 2% in the essential oll of the unripe forsythiae oil, and the average content was 10. 2% ,and BSD was 1.0% (n = 5 ). Conclusion:It was proved that the method was simple and quick, the results were accurate and reliable, and it can be used for quality control of essential oil of the unripe Forsythia suspensa.
