摘要
用草木樨的愈伤组织，经ＮａＮ３诱变和筛选得到了抗ｄｌ－乙硫氨酸变异细胞系．该变异系在离开选择压力５个月后，仍明显表现出高于对照系的抗性．ｄｌ－乙硫氨酸变异细胞系愈伤组织中蛋氨酸含量是对照的３１倍，其可溶性蛋白ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳图谱、过氧化物酶同功酶图谱。
The variant of melilotus officinalis lam resistant to dl ethionine was isolated from calli. The results showed that after growing for five months on free selection medium, the resistant cell lines still showed high level resistance; methionine increased by 31 times in the dl ehionine resistant cell; the scanning curves of SDS PAGE and three isozymes showed that some specific bands were observed in the resistant cell line.
