摘要
研究了LiCl对泥鳅早期胚胎发育的影响.结果表明,LiCl(0.4mol/L,处理5min)对卵裂早期至神经胚期的形态发育有明显的致畸作用.不同发育时期的胚胎对LiCl的敏感性不同.LiCl对原肠期胚胎的致畸效应相对较强.经LiCl处理的早期胚胎未表现出明显的某些背部结构增强的趋势.大多数畸形胚胎表现为胚体弯曲、胚轴缩短、水肿、运动迟钝等现象.与卵黄吸尽期同时龄的畸形胚胎的某些内部器官如肝脏、脊索、肌肉、眼及脑等的结构也出现了异常.
Embryos of Misgureus anguillicaudatus were exposed to 0.4mol/L LiCIfor 5 min at various stages of early development. The result showed that lithium had teratogenic effect on the loach embryos during developmental periods from early cleavagestage to neurula stage. Exposing embryos to lithium at gastrula stage leaded to relativelyhigher proportion of abnormalities than that at other stages. Most of lithium-inducedteratogenic embryos had shortened axial structures, poorly formed eyes and oederna. Ob-servation on the structure of the deficient embryos at the stage of yolk exhaustion indicated that abnormality were also found in liver, notochord, muscle and brain etc.
