摘要
为掌握武汉市城区水体污染现状和主要污染物以及污染原因,对武汉中心城区11个公园景观水体污染情况进行取样,选取物理指标DO、浊度、pH、EC和化学指标总磷(TP)、总氮(TN)、正磷酸盐(PO 3- 4-P)、硝酸盐氮(NO - 3-N)、水生植物种类(SP)、重金属Pb和Hg以及常用除草剂草甘膦(Gly)12个指标进行研究。结果表明:武汉市城区水体污染物主要为氮。仅个别水体TP含量高于0.4 mg/L(地表水Ⅴ类),Pb、Hg处于正常范围,草甘膦含量略高,为0.58~0.93 mg/L。草甘膦和重金属Pb含量在不同水体中没有显著性差异,Hg在不同水体间有极显著性差异( p <0.01);不同水体中TP、TN、PO 3- 4-P、DO、EC、TUB、pH、NO - 3-N有极显著性差异( p <0.01)。TN与TP、PO 3- 4-P具极显著正相关;TN、TP、PO 3- 4-P与TUB呈正相关;NO - 3-N与pH呈显著性正相关。通过主成分分析得出:武汉市城区水体污染的主要因素是氮磷两大因素。
To explore the water pollution characteristics and causes of urban lakes in wuhan city.sampling 11 urban lakes and selecting 12 indicators including of physical indicators DO,turbidity,pH,EC,chemical index of total phosphorus(TP),total nitrogen(TN),orthophosphate(PO 3-4-P),nitrate nitrogen(NO-3-N)and aquatic plant species(SP),heavy metal Pb and Hg,and commonly used herbicide glyphosate(Gly),the results showed that:Wuhan city main water pollutants is nitrogen.Only the TP content in some water bodies was higher than 0.4 mg/L(surface water GroupⅤ),while Pb and Hg were in the normal range,and the content of glyphosate was slightly higher between 0.58 and 0.93 mg/L.There was no significant difference in the content of glyphosate and heavy metal Pb in different water bodies,while Hg was significantly different in different water bodies(p<0.01).TP,TN,PO 3-4-P,DO,EC,Nul,PH,NO-3-N were significantly different in different water bodies(p<0.01).TN was very significant positively correlated with TP,PO 3-4-P;TN,TP,PO 3-4-P were positively correlated with TUB;NO-3-N had significant positive correlation with pH.The principal component analysis shows that the main factors of water pollution in Wuhan city are nitrogen and phosphorus.
