讨论了在产品寿命服从指数分布的情况下,循环序进应力加速寿命的分布函数及试验的数学模型,并给出了相应参数的估计。
The distribution＇s function and mathematical model for cyclic progressive stress accelerated life testing when a product＇s life follows exponential distribution were discussed. The estimation of the related parameters was presented.
