摘要
两相高碳WC-Co硬质合金的断裂韧性K1c(MPa·m1/2)、维氏硬度HV(kg/mm2)和比矫顽磁力Hsc(A·m2/kg)间存在关系:K1c-1=0.1222-69.97HV-1,Hsc=1.155+[(1897/HV)-3.312]-1。用线弹性断裂力学对上述实验规律进行了验证。控制生产质量中,配合比饱和磁化强度4πσ(A·m2/kg)测定合金的碳含量,利用上述关系式可对WC-Co合金成品的K1c进行无损评估。
There are the relationships between the fracture toughness K1c (MPa·m1/2), the Vickers hardness HV(kg/mm2) and the specific coercive force Hsc(A·m2/kg) of two-phase high-carbon WC-Co cemented carbides: K1c-1=0.1222-69. 97HV-1,Hsc =1.155 + [(1897/HV) - 3. 312]-1. Above mentioned experimental regularities have been examined by linear elastic fracture mechanics.In production quality control, the K1c of WC-Co cemented carbides products can be evaluated non-destructively by use of above mentioned relations after determining the carbon content in alloy by specific saturation magnetization 4πσ
