摘要
本文报告13例淮河流域莱姆病，每一例病人均经过血清莱姆病特异抗体测定而证实，其中10例系初诊误诊病人。进一步分析了误诊原因并探讨了较有效的治疗方案。本组采用大剂量青霉素，加地塞米松、甲硝达唑静脉滴注，剂量大，疗程长，临床治愈率达99％，一般本遗留后遗症。
This paper reported 13 cases with Lyme disease of dwelling in the Huaihe River valley. Each of them wasdefinitely diagnosed by determining specific antibody of Lyme disease in serum. 10 of them were misdiagnostic patients during first visit to our hospital. We analysed the causes of misdiagnosis and studied the effective therapy.All patients were treated by penicillin with high dosage, adding dexamethasone and metronidazolum with intravenous drip. The administration had features of hhigh dosage and 10ng course of treatment. The rate of clinicalcure reached 99%. The disease generally has not any seguelae.
