摘要
目的调查山西省某县的莱姆病感染情况。方法2005年在山西省某县山林地区人群中进行调查,并采集血液标本,用间接免疫荧光抗体试验(IFA)进行人群莱姆病特异检测,结合流行病学史、临床表现和实验室检查结果了解莱姆病感染情况。结果对227人进行了调查,确诊莱姆病14例。感染率为6.17%,临床表现以关节炎为主(11/14)。结论首次调查证实山西省的山林地区存在莱姆病的感染,被调查者中的平均感染率为6.17%。
Objective To investigate the infection of Lyme disease in Yuanqu county,Shanxi province. Methods Collecting the blood of mountain forest residents in Yuanqu county,Shanxi province,an investigation on Lyme disease was conducted by means of Immunofluorescence assay（IFA） in 2005.According to epidemiology ,clinical symptom and laboratory test results,the situation of infection of Lyme disease wasgained. Results Of 227 mountain forestry residents who had been investigate, 14 were diagnosed Lyme disease, The prevalance rate of Lyme disease was 6.17% .The most popular clinical symptom is arthritis （11/14）. Conclusion It was the first time that the mountainous forest residents in Shanxi province was confirmed infection of Lyme disease.The prevalance rate of Lyme disease was 6.17% in the people who has been investigated.
