摘要
介绍了几种含氟聚合物可控/活性自由基聚合制备方法的原理、优缺点和研究进展,包括碘转移聚合、氮氧自由基聚合、原子转移自由基聚合、可逆加成-断裂链转移聚合等。认为碘转移聚合在聚合工艺、产物结构控制等方面相对其他几种聚合方法有明显的优势,已工业化应用。但存在相对分子质量分布宽、链转移剂对光热敏感等不足,借助可逆碘转移聚合体系等有望解决这些缺点。
This paper introduced the principles,advantages and disadvantages,research progress of several controlled/activity radical polymerization methods for preparing fluoropolymers including iodine transfer polymerization,nitroxide-mediated radical polymerization,atom transfer radical polymerization,reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer polymerization,etc.Iodine transfer polymerization had obvious advantages in polymerization process,product structure control and so on relative to the other polymerization methods,which had been realized industrialized application,but had disadvantages in wide relative molecular mass distribution,chain transfer agent sensitive to the optothermal,etc.Reversible iodine transfer polymerization system can solve the disadvantage in prospect.
