摘要
报导１９９３年１０月至１９９５年５月，经伽玛刀治疗的垂体瘤２７２例，其中对２０３例病人的ＰＲＬ、ＧＨ水平进行治疗前后的比较。结果表明，治疗后１２个月血中ＰＲＬ、ＧＨ与治疗前相比明显下降，且下降程度受治疗前激素水平的影响，治疗前水平越高，治疗后下降越慢。
patients with pituitary adenomas were treated by gamma knife from October 1993 to May 1995. The serum levels of PRL and GH were determined by RIA both before and after treatment in 203 patients. The results indicated that 12 months after treament PRL and GH activities decreased significantly as compared with the pre treatment values and the degree of reduction was affected by the pre treatment level of hormones, the higher the pre treatment level, the slower the reduction speed.
