摘要
低压力波动的润滑脂泵,有利于集中润滑系统向众多润滑点输送润滑脂的自动控制。泵的动力由电机经减速器传给曲柄,由正弦四杆机构将曲柄转变为柱塞的往复移动,从柱塞数目对压力波动特性的影响,说明低压力波动四柱塞润滑脂泵的研制过程。
The lubrication grease pump with lower pressure fluctuation is good for the lubrication grease transferring control of concentrated lubricating system. Using retarder, the power is transferred from electromotor to pump brace. Making use of sine four- pole machine, whirly movement of brace can be transformed into reciprocating movement. The pump development process is introduced by analyzing the pressure affected by the number of pistons.
