摘要
分析振动筛轴承润滑系统的功能和特点,系统由低压力波动的润滑脂泵、传压活塞润滑脂压力表、片式给油器和自动控制器等部件组成,说明主要零部件的功能原理和研制过程,分析自制的润滑脂泵具有低压力波动的特性,可均匀地注脂到片式给油器和实现4个滚动轴承注脂量大致相同的特点。
The system was composed by lubricating grease pump with lower pressure fluctuation, pressuremeter with pressure transfer piston, flake - type reasevr, auto- controller and so on. The functions and principles of primary system parts were also introduced, and the lower pressure fluctuation characteristic was analyzed. By using of the system, grease can be equably inputted into flake- type greaser, and the input grease of four roll bearing kept approximately same.
