摘要
本文报导油茶籽皂素的理化特性及其与茶籽皂素、白皂素理化特性的比较。IR及UV分析证明:油茶籽皂素与茶抒皂素、命皂素属于同一类型的糖甙化合物。我们提取的油茶籽皂素具有水溶性好、抗硬水能力强、泡沫持久性好等特点。
The present paper reported the physico-chemical characteristics of saponin from the seed of Camellia oleifera and the comparison of these characteristics with theasaponin and saponin white. The results of UV and IR analysis show that these ihree types of saponin are the same one of glucoside compounds. The saponin solated from the seed of Camellia oleifera possessed good water solubility, strong resistance to hard water and excellent foaming persistence.
