摘要
本文介绍了RJW-1型染料激光微光束仪电能激励系统——氙灯泵浦的火花隙强脉冲电流源系统的工作原理和几个组成部分的选择,并提供一种染料激光微光束仪电源的实际方案。
In this paper, the principle and the choice of serval components of the electric power excited system of type RJW-1 dye laser microbeam instrument are briefly introduced. This system uses the xenon flash-lamp pumped spark gap intense pulse electric current supply system. A practical scheme of power supply of the dye laser microbeam instrument is also presented.
