基于流程知识的BPM系统监控技术研究 被引量:4

A Research on BPM Monitor Based on Process Knowledge

摘要 随着信息技术的发展和市场全球化程度加深,企业业务流程的动态、敏捷、多变特点日趋明显,对业务过程管理系统的柔性提出了更高的要求。本文首先总结了各主流BPM产品监控器的特点及不足,在分析BPM系统监控方式、对象及其对系统柔性影响的基础上,提出利用流程知识和实时状态、数据构成业务仪表板+工作流仪表板,分别进行流程业务性能统计监控和实时运行状态监控的模式。借助流程知识,赋予监控器一定程度的异常预测能力,以及在异常发生时利用流程知识能有效控制和减少异常发生、降低异常的负面影响,进而增加了BPM系统的柔性。 Accompanied with the development of IT and market globalization, business process shows more and more dynamic, nimble and variable, that lead to more strict requirement on Business Process Management System. This paper points out the characteristic and shortage of the majority BPM suits at first, then analyzes the monitor's carrying style, objects and its affection on BPM system's flexibility. Furthermore, the paper brings forth the "business panel+ workflow panel" monitoring style by making use of process knowledge and real-time process status and data, which can forecast exception in a way, control arid descend the exception's negative affection scope by help of relevant process knowledge, and then make the BPM system more flexible.
