摘要 使用MODDE实验设计与分析软件对桉木硫酸盐法蒸煮的主要影响因素进行了研究,蒸煮条件为:有效碱用量17%~23%,硫化度25%~45%,最高温度150~160℃,保温时间45~135min。实验结果显示:有效碱用量、硫化度、温度和时间对成浆性质都有明显影响;蒸煮所得浆料的各项性能很难同时达到最佳。使用MODDE对实验结果进行优化,当目标卡伯值范围在15~25时,最适宜的蒸煮条件为:有效碱用量20%,硫化度45%,最高温度151℃,保温时间99min;MODDE显示该条件下所得浆料的卡伯值、细浆得率、白度和黏度分别为16、48.5%、46.4%和1498mL/g。 The effects of cooking variables on the properties of eucalyptus kraft pulps were investigated. The selected cooking conditions were : effective alkali (EA) charge 17%-23%, sulfidity 25%-45% , cooking time 45- 135min, maximum temperature 150- 160℃. The EA charge, the sulfidity, the temperature and the cooking time were all observed to affect the pulp properties significantly. Cooking at too low temperature for a short cooking time produced pulps with significant amounts of rejects and high kappa numbers, the temperature of 145℃ was therefore not advised. When targeting kappa number of about 15-25, the "optimizer" engine in the MODDE statistical software predicted the following optimum cooking conditions: effective alkali charge 20%, sulfidity 45%, maximum cooking temperature of 151 ℃ and the time at maximum temperature 99min. The cooking results predicted are: kappa number 16, screened yield 48.5% , brightness 46.4% ISO, and viscosity 1498 mL/g.
