摘要
高校教育工作者必须坚持以人为本的和谐理念,坚持以学生为主体、德育为先导,以构建和谐校园为纽带,形成整个校园的全面、自由、协调、整体优化的育人氛围。以人文本,构建和谐高校,就是要以彰显人文精神为根本出发点,坚持以人为本为核心,重点体现人文关怀,以使每个人的创造潜能不断发掘出来。
In colleges and universities ,the educational workers should stick to the people-centered harmonious principle, take students as subject and moral education as guide, and regard constructing harmonious campus as the link in the cultivation of a favourable environment for the overall and coordinative optimization of education. To take people first to con- structing harmonious campus just means, by taking manifesting humanism as starting point, to foucs on people-centered principle,to show humanistic concerns to people,in order that the innovative potential of all people can be fully explored.
