摘要
本文研究了戊二醛与壳聚糖的反应,探讨了珠状壳聚糖凝胶的合成方法。反应在常温下就可进行,生成不熔不溶的棕色珠状壳聚糖凝胶。该凝胶对热和有机溶剂有很高的化学稳定性,但在热的酸性介质中会发生降解。
Synthetic method of bead-shaped chitosan gels which are prepared by reacting glutaraldehyde with chitosan was studied. At room temperature, this reaction can be carried out and brown colour bead-shaped chitosan gels were formed, The products are insoluble in many kinds of solvents, and do not melt at 240℃. Therefore, the products possess high chemical stability, but it degradate in hot acidic medium.
