两种新型二聚水杨醛衍生物的合成及表征 被引量:2

摘要 为进一步研究水杨醛衍生物在配位催化领域的应用,本文以2-叔丁基对苯二酚为起始原料,合成了两种新型的二聚水杨醛衍生物Ⅰ、Ⅱ,通过FT-IR,1H NMR,UV-Vis等手段对二者进行表征,并对二聚水杨醛衍生物Ⅰ、Ⅱ的制备条件进行了讨论,确定了较优的反应条件,即:制备Ⅰ时以N,N-二甲胺基吡啶(DMAP)为催化剂,以N,N-二环己基碳二亚胺(DCC)为脱水剂,促进酸酐与酚羟基发生酯化反应;制备Ⅱ时以KI为催化剂在碱性条件下反应,有利于反应的进行。 In order to study the usage of aldehyde derivatives in coordination catalysis, two new dialdehyde derivatives were synthesized from 2-2-tert-butyl hydroquinone. The two compounds were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, and UV-Vis. The most suitable reaction conditions of preparation of the dialdehyde were determined, that is, the esterification between succine anhydride and phenolic hydroxy when preparing dialdehyde Ⅰ was catalyzed by DMAP with DCC as dewater, the electrophilic reaction when preparing dialdehyde Ⅱ was catalyzed by KI in alkali condition.
